need help
My doctor has recently told me that if I don't stop the inhalation off cigarettes and the extra 4 to 5000 extra chemicals contained in cigarettes I will certaintly die in 1 to 2 years but if able to stop or cut down to 3 a day the chances of living would be a lot higher he explianed the body is a great healer so stright away I tryed a patch well several in fact didn't work tryed cold turkey but yet again stress depression ect ahhhhhhhhhhhhh then I was told about e cigarettes the problem with me is that I have been smoking for 40 years I need the feel of a cigarette I feel better when the smoke exits my mouth I like to take a pull on my cigarette it sooths my worries it seems to me ecigarettes is all I have to choose from but I live in Thailand 300K from BBK does anyone know where I can buy I'm desparate please HELP ME PETER
